Kiernan’s Garden Centre is located in the grounds of Douglas Court Shopping Centre selling a wide variety of shrubs, seasonal plants and all garden accessories. A large selection of garden ornaments, composts and mulches are also stocked.

The owner’s of the garden centre needed an online store that would facilitate the sale of their very large array of products while being visually appealing and have ease of navigation and ease of use.

Insight Multimedia’s Cork Web Design and Development Team built the Kiernan’s Garden Centre website on the robust WordPress platform along with a customised e-commerce store with Stripe and Paypal integration. The sale of Gift Vouchers functionality was also added, to allow customers to purchase vouchers and gift them directly to family and friends via email with a voucher PDF attached with the unique voucher code. A custom ‘mega menu’ was developed to make it easy for customers to access the large amount of different types of gardening products, plants and accessories available from the garden centre.

The website was built to be fully functional on all devices, desktop computers, tablet devices and smartphones, and looks equally visually compelling on all platforms.
