Good Fish Processing

The Good Fish Company is an award winning family run fish processor and retailer. Founded by Denis Good in 1988 they operate a state of the art facility in Carrigaline Cork where, with the help of around 100 dedicated staff, they produce award winning, world class seafood products. They continue to supply their famous sea food products to their traditional loyal customers, through their focused network of 5 select shops in the Cork area. But in more recent years, their expanded national customers base is now served through the large number of major Irish retailers who now stock their products in pride of place. They now also supply directly to an ever increasing selection of Irish award winning chefs and restaurateurs throughout Ireland and Europe.

The Good Fish Company tasked The Insight Team with the design & development of two new visually impacting websites that could focus separately on the B2B and B2C sides of the business.  They needed a unique professional design style and look to complement The Good Fish Companies previously established branding and style.

Along with the evolvement of extended branding guidelines to compliment the look of the two new Websites, Insight’s Creative Team set about filming and producing a short promotional video. The video was shot onsite at The Good Fish Company, fish processing plant, in Carrigaline Cork. The video production objective was to captured footage of The Good Fish companies ‘high end’ production facilities.  The purpose built plant, boasts one of the most advanced  fish filleting and packaging facilities in Europe. Insight’s video crew took roaming footage of the automated fish filleting line, the smoking & brining process facilities along with the automated pre-pack areas machinery and finally the dispatching systems filming the fleet of trucks used to deliver fresh packed fish daily.

The finished video was strategically placed front and centre on the main website https://goodfishprocessing.ie landing page to explain to visitors exactly what Goods Fish Processing do in their purpose built fish processing plant in Cork. The corporate video was also used as a stand alone corporate promotional video for a European trade show.Â
